For anyone living in or even just visiting Asheville, one thing is readily noticeable: there is a lot of construction happening.  Driving on the Expressway downtown, tower cranes dot the skyline helping build a few high-rise hotels, a new multi-use development in a historic section of the city, and a new County Department of Health and Human Services Building.  On the residential side, a recent statistic in ‘Business North Carolina’ showed the valuation of residential building permits in Asheville up nearly 30% in January 2016 over the same month in 2015.  Even the view from our office has changed, as over 300 apartments and ground level retail are being built on Fairview Road, overlooking our bulk plant and Biltmore Village:
